Many suppliers work in a certain way because Government has trained them to do so so we find now that they think like the Ministry and they'll be really hard to change.Not all about Government is it - both need to change.
It is well known in the counselling world, especially couples counselling, that during work if one party has a breakthrough and decides to 'be' different (normally expressed through differing behaviours) the other party will, sometimes unknowingly to themselves, try and move them back to where they were - this can happen even when prior behaviours were detrimental to them.
We are all so uncomfortable with change that we'd rather people didn't, even if it hurts us.
Suppliers, are you ready for a change - lets talk about that ...
